CyberLynk offers a program to our customers referred to as “GroupLynk.” This program gives you,
the customer, the ability to offer 56K Dialup accounts to your employees at an extremely discounted
price. This program benefits both you and your employees!
Maintaining Dial-up Accounts
Dial-up accounts are created and maintained through your own personalized Web interface. This
interface allows you to create, modify and delete dialup accounts as well as generate reports on
your customer/employee connection history. When you want to create a dialup account for an employee
or if an employee forgets their password, simply log into our website and create the new account
or change the employee’s password.
Customer Service & Support
The CyberLynk GroupLynk program provides all of the basic on-line services and equipment required
to give you the ability to provide Internet services to your employees.
CyberLynk provides direct support to GroupLynk program participants only; you provide the
customer support to the end users (employees). This allows CyberLynk to concentrate on the network
and equipment, while you concentrate on the dial-up employees.
CyberLynk has a website full of tutorials and
FAQ’s to answer questions and solve problems should
they arise. The tutorials explain everything from configuring a dialup account to configuring Outlook
for email. If you don’t see a tutorial that describes what you’re trying to do and the FAQ’s cannot
answer your question, just send an email to support@cyberlynk.net and we will solve your problem.

GroupLynk Billing
CyberLynk will invoice your company every month at a rate of $10.00/ month per account. CyberLynk
normally charges $29.00/month per account for the same service, but since your company already has
service with CyberLynk, we are able to offer you 56K dialup accounts at a third of the normal price.
